The Role: We seek a talented and experienced Bartender.

Description Brief:

The Bartender provides courteous and efficient bar services to guests and crew and is ultimately responsible for the bars they are assigned to. They also oversee services in the lounge/bars and manage the inventory of all wine lists and spirits in their designated bar or restaurant.

Minimum Requirements:

• International experience in mixology drinks, with the catering industry.
• Must have very good organizational skills and show attention to detail.
• Very good beverage knowledge (wines, cocktails, coffee etc).
• Prepared and served drinks to guests following ship recipes.
• Must be able to remain calm under pressure.
• Must be service minded with an outgoing charming and friendly personality.
• Fluent English language.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker.
• High level of accuracy whilst being efficient.
• Think laterally and develop new concepts and ideas.
• An amazing team player with a positive attitude to ‘get the job done’.
