Job Summary:- Overall management of the Housekeeping Department, including cabins, public areas, and laundry.
- Plan, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff.
- Ensure compliance with cruise line standards, health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Conduct inspections of cabins, public areas, and laundry facilities.
- Manage budgets, inventories, and ordering of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities.
- Resolve guest complaints and coordinate with other departments for service issues.
- Train and mentor supervisory staff.
