Responsibilities: - Conduct table games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Poker, and Baccarat according to house rules and gaming regulations.
- Handle guest bets, payouts, and chip management accurately.
- Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with guests at all times.
- Monitor gaming activity to prevent cheating, fraud, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Keep the gaming area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist with promotions and special gaming events.
Requirements :- Minimum age: 21 years (due to legal gaming restrictions).
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally.
- Ability to live onboard for extended periods.
