Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with slot machine operation and provide instructions on games.
• Handle slot machine payouts accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor machines for malfunctions and report technical issues promptly.
• Promote and explain slot promotions and loyalty programs.
• Ensure the slot area is clean, safe, and visually appealing.

Requirements:

• Customer service experience in a casino or hospitality environment preferred.
• Basic technical understanding of gaming machines is a plus.
• Friendly, approachable, and able to engage guests.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
