Job Details

The Lounge Technician assists in the running of multiple lounges including Nightclubs, Live Music venues, Piano Bars, Dining Rooms and Restaurants, Teen Clubs Lounge Outdoor Entertainment and Specialty Venues around the ship. They assist the Production team and Cruise Director to ensure the Sound and Light equipment is ready for the daily shows and activities around the ship. Each venue varies in size and the Lounge Tech is responsible for operating and maintaining equipment ensuring that all rigs and rooms are kept in workable, safe condition. Contract lengths are 6 months & 3 weeks continuous employment followed by a 6-8 week work break on completion of contract.

Hiring requirements:

• Education from technical school preferred
• Must have experience with both light and sound equipment, operation, set-up and maintenance
• Must have experience with band set-up and operation, including microphones, speakers, recording and playback equipment, etc.
