Stage & Production (S&P) Managers are responsible for all entertainment and technical aspects of entertainment on board – including production plans, activities of stage crew and performers, and venue and equipment inspection. They act as Stage Manager during shows, observe and evaluate employees, provide on-the-job training to staff members, and maintains necessary logs and files. The S&P Manager must be familiar with budget management as well as all company policies and procedures. Previous experience in a similar role, and working knowledge of technical equipment, automated flying and music and dance are preferred for this position. Applicants with a degree in theatre stage management, or technical arenas, and knowledge of international theatrical production are also preferred.
