• Providing excellent customer service to passengers on board the cruise ship.
• Assisting passengers with check-in and embarkation procedures.
• Ensuring the safety and security of passengers and crew members.
• Conducting safety drills and providing instructions on emergency procedures.
• Managing and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in assigned areas.
• Serving food and beverages to passengers in dining areas and bars.
• Organizing and participating in entertainment activities and events for passengers.
• Assisting with luggage handling and delivering it to passengers' cabins.
