Key Responsibilities- Provides a positive dining experience for every guest by always applying the Brand and Service Excellence standards by courteously assisting guests during food and beverage service.
- Ensures proper set-up and presentation of the assigned service area and maintains and restocks the assigned service area in accordance with company standards.
- Delivers food and beverages service as requested, in a timely manner, in the correct order and answers questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation.
- Ensures that service procedures are followed during meal times, including clearing and cleaning tables in accordance with brand standards.
- Demonstrates to each guest that their satisfaction is our top priority by promptly acknowledging every request, immediately reporting issues to management as appropriate, responding promptly and effectively to resolve any service request or concern, and following up to ensure guest satisfaction.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise- Minimum of one year fine dining experience as a Waiter and Jr. Waiter. Cruise ship experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Alternatively, candidates must have experience in a large hotel/resort.
- Good knowledge of fine dining service standards and international cuisine. Basic knowledge of wine is also required.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Understanding of the fundamentals of guest service and the ability and willingness to provide outstanding service to our guests.

- Ability to consistently surprise and delight guests throughout their cruise experience.
