Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for food and beverage services in assigned areas
  • Set up and maintain self-service buffet areas, assist with food service and ensure mise-en-place for all areas prior to service
  • Serve beverages, maintain service quality standards, and prepare for special events
  • Ensure equipment and work areas are clean and well-maintained
  • Provide high level of comfort and sales-oriented service to guests

 

Requirements: Two to three years previous waiter experience, preferably in a 4 or 5 star restaurant. Ability to apply customer service skills when interacting with guests and coworkers. Ability to perform basic math functions with regard to meal count procedures.
