Job Details

Typical tasks: makes salads, coffee, sandwiches, and other minor dishes as assigned; loads and unloads food in storerooms, refrigerators, and freezers; serves food; supplies condiments and sets tables as required; operates galley equipment, such as meat grinder and coffee maker, in food preparation. Food Clean-Up.

Requirements:  

• Culinary experience, preferably in a professional kitchen setting.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen operations.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices.
• Basic organizational and time management skills.
