Overall responsibility for the cleanliness, turn down service and appearance of all assigned suites. Maintain all guest preference set ups in the suite and take primary responsibility of all living and sleeping areas of the suite. Supervise assigned attendant in cleanliness of bathrooms and balconies. Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry or cruise industry preferred. - Excellent communication and guest service skills. - Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. - Ability to work well within a team. | |
