Get things right- You will be responsible for maintaining excellent marketing and visual merchandising standards. You will oversee high-volume shop operations, aiming to provide excellent experiences to Guests and uphold Company standards consistently.
- You will guide employee professional development, recommending trainings and updates about the brands, sales and service. You will cultivate a supporting work environment and motivate your team to achieve excellent results.
- You will gather information and compiling reports, while also employing a data-driven approach to make decisions aligned with the directives of the Corporate Shop Operations Director.
- You will maximize opening hours while complying with international customs regulations and onboard activities.

What makes you unique- You have at least a secondary school diploma or higher. Studies in retail or hospitality is a plus.
- You have a B2 spoken level of English, the knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- You have good communication skills, and you are a curious, organized, and determined person with experience in people management.
- You have at least 3-years’ experience in retail as Shop Manager or Area Manager in fast paced environments.
