JOB DESCRIPTION

The Snack Attendant ensures that passengers and crew have access to a variety of snacks and beverages throughout the cruise. This role involves preparing, serving, and maintaining the snack areas, as well as providing outstanding customer service to enhance the guest experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide detailed information about snack options and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Follow recipes and standards to prepare snacks, such as sandwiches, pastries, fruits, and other light foods.
  • Monitor snack supplies and inform the supervisor when stock levels are low.
  • Follow health and safety regulations and company policies related to food service and customer interactions.
  • Prepare and serve snacks and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.

REQUIREMENTS

  • GRADE 12
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
