Key Responsibilities- Ensures the correct setup and presentation of all food and beverage areas as directed and in accordance with brand standards.
- Assists in the delivery of food and beverage items, clearing and cleaning tables to/from the assigned location in a timely manner and in accordance with brand standards.
- Maintains stock levels of bar, food or hotel items required in the assigned location, replenishing as required.
- Assists with all food and beverage service as directed, ensuring service standards are met and utilizing MedallionClass applications as directed.
- Consistently supports the service team to exceed Food and Beverage targets by applying all Service Excellence standards.
- Actively learns and maintains knowledge of on-board products and offerings, itinerary and port information to assist guests as needed.
- Ensures any guest orders are promptly and accurately recorded through the onboard POS system.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise - Proven F&B experience (1 year) as Restaurant/Bar Waiter, F&B Runner, or in similar roles.
- Basic knowledge of Public Health and Sanitation regulations and procedures.
- Ability to organize and complete work meeting deadlines.
- Working knowledge of Food and Beverage products.
- Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Understanding of the foundation of guest service; ability and willingness to deliver outstanding service to our guests.
- Motivation to excel in all aspects of job duties and responsibilities.
- Outstanding social skills and a warm, friendly, and caring personality.
- Ability to continuously surprise and delight guests throughout their cruise experience.
