Demonstrate your passion- You ensure the proper food service and refilling of food lines in collaboration with other departments and the Executive Chef.
- You supervise Food & Beverage catering for special events, like the operation in the Main Buffet and in the outdoor barbecues.
- You oversee reporting, pinpointing challenges and opportunities. Your expertise helps you in proposing solutions to provide a swift and effective improvement.
Getting Things Right- You are careful to reduce the waste of natural resources and you will monitor the Galley Operator team during cleaning periods
- You supervise and organize the daily activities of the Galley Operations to ensure that the areas are tidy and clean as per Health and Hygiene rules.
Safety First- You provide an excellent service ensuring full compliance with HACCP and USPH standards.
- Your team is working in compliance with occupational safety standards and rules.
What makes you unique- You have a B2 spoken level of English and Italian. A B1 level of a third language between French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese (Mandarin) is preferable.
- You have at least Secondary school degree in Hotel or Tourism Management.
- You have at least 4 years’ experience in Hotel or Resorts. Cruise experience is an advantage.
