Responsibilities :- Responsible for serving food and beverages in an assigned restaurant
- Provide professional, friendly and courteous service to all guests to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
- Detailed knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Ensure guests are not kept waiting for service in the assigned restaurant and guarantee a smooth flow of service
- Taking table reservations and assisting with non-food orders and inventories
- Compliance with safety, environmental and hygiene guidelines in area of responsibility
Requirements : - Training in the hotel and restaurant industry or verifiable professional experience, ideally abroad or in the cruise industry in the restaurant area
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Committed team player, positive personality and excellent communication skills, stress resistant and flexibility
- High level of service and sales orientation, guest-focused, professional appearance
