A/C Refrigeration Technician |
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Perform weekly/daily inspection of AC/Refrigeration equipment at the facilities.
- Works closely with technical team and or as needed by other department(s).
- Maintains and updates the daily logs/service repairs.
- Keeps an accurate log of repairs needed and complete list of each equipment.
- Daily inspections of equipment to make sure they are functioning.
- Notifies Manager of any equipment needing attention/repairs.
- Assumes responsibility for the repairs and maintenance of all AC/refrigeration for both HC/MC facilities.
- Maintains a clean and safe work area.
- Work order request must be responded promptly and professionally according to working schedules and business priority.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or directed. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor/manager from assigning duties that are logically related to the position.
- Takes directives from facilities technical/Senior facilities manager(s). Adheres to all behavioral, safety and policies for the employee and keep management updated of any issues that affect operations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or as directed. Must be familiar with the Safety and company policies.
QUALIFICATIONS - Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in related field.
- Licensed/certification in AC/Refrigeration.
- Electrical license a plus.
- Valid driver license.
EDUCATION - High School diploma.
- Advanced verbal and written level of English required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - While performing the essential functions of this job, all team members are required to stand; walk short distances; use hands to touch, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. Positions may require repetitive motion of bending, climbing, going up and down stairs and lifting more than 25 pounds.
- Work within different temperature changes—indoors to outdoors.
- Able to pass basic safety course.
- Other work requirements may be necessary and assigned as business needs.
