  • Responds to requests related to Customer Service as well as general information.
  • Responds to issues raised by guests in a respectful, professional and positive manner, showing empathy and actively listening to what is communicated.
  • Take on all these guest issues, follow up on them and make sure that all these complaints are resolved to the satisfaction of those guests.
  • Keeps up to date with all the usual events and special ceremonies on board the ship, analyzing all available sources (Daily Schedule of the ship, etc.) in order to provide guests with accurate information, to be able to answer questions and to manage special requests.
  • Provides assistance to the Financial Controller in terms of foreign currency exchange, traveler's checks, as well as the collection of payments in guests' accounts.

Minimum requirements

Minimum age 21 years

Experience in Public Relations and Communication. Advantage for experience in the hotel field, on land and/or on cruise ships.

English and German at an advanced level.
