The person employed as a Concierge is responsible for providing a wide range of personalized services and provides information to guests who request them in the Concierge Lounge area. A Concierge actively listens and provides assistance to solve all the problems and concerns of the guests. He must show himself willing to satisfy all customer requirements. He must be a sociable person, with a very developed sense of humor. A Concierge must demonstrate outstanding hospitality, focus on the client, have excellent communication and organizational skills and make effective decisions. Maintaining a professional demeanor and impeccable appearance at all times is essential.

Minimum requirements

Minimum age 21 years

Relevant experience in luxury hotels, or experience on cruise ships, similar position

English language advanced level

Knowledge of a second foreign language of international circulation
