Actively assists the Waiter during the set-up of the restaurant, checking the cleanliness and quality of all equipment, glassware, cutlery, chinaware, linen, napkins, etc. Assists in the preparation of any mis-en-place and equipment required for service, ensuring they are being stored correctly until required.

Mandatory requirements

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a waiter on board cruise ships or in luxury restaurants/hotels
  • Good knowledge of menus, description of dishes, wines and drinks.
  • Advanced English exclusive. Bilingual language management.
