Requirements- Experience in the field of entertainment or as an animator at a hotel or on a cruise ship
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English

- Some experience with studio technical equipment
- Playing an instrument or acquaintance with performing arts is an advantage
Roles and Responsibilities- Emergency replacement of the cruise director in case of illness
- Delivery of onboard activities and entertainment e.g., music nights, game shows, trivia…
- Preparations of lounge equipment and functionality testing
- Perform Disco Night with DJ Rossi music database software or own play list
- Support and assist cruise director with presentations
- Taking photographs and videos onboard or ashore for social media as requested
- Delivery of surprise off board activities e.g., walks, hikes, biking on a spontaneous basis
- Delivery of info talks e.g., healthy living, nutrition, e-bike, language lessons etc.
- Delivery of cultural event e.g., wine tastings, oyster tastings in cooperation with the restaurant manager and executive chef
- Conduct sun deck games e.g., bean bag challenge tournaments and trivia evenings.
- Assist cruise director with on tour dispatch and preparation
- Assist and accompany all included tours and (guided) bike tours
- Host the world of Scenic presentation once per voyage highlighting everything we offer at the Scenic Group
- Have a strong confidence in leading sales and guest communication
