Our Hotel Directors require the ability to command and direct all hotel personnel through the management of department heads, accepting the overall responsibility to ensure the ultimate cruise experience for our guests. Potential candidates must have a degree in Hotel Management, a proven strong food and beverage background, vast experience of a multi outlet operation, experience in handling multimillion dollar budgets and proven experience as a Hotel Director at an international five star establishment. Excellent fluent verbal and written English is essential. Conversational ability in an additional language will be considered an asset (German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Mandarin). | |
