Our Guest Relations Managers must be competent in delivering high quality, individualized and technically excellent guest services. Coordinating, organizing and supervising the front office operation. Potential candidates must be a strong administrator, have a degree in hotel management or BA in tourism and hospitality and preferably two years’ experience in a similar position at an international five star establishment. Excellent fluent verbal and written English and conversational ability in an additional language is essential (German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Mandarin). | |
