Your Duties- Serving as the primary contact and host for guests, maintaining active guest contact in public areas.
- Advising and assisting guests, providing tourist information, and handling complaints.
- Designing and conducting an entertaining day and evening program in collaboration with the entertainment team and excursion specialist.
- Organizing social gatherings for guests and managing entertainment equipment.
- Making announcements and providing general and route-specific information.
- Supporting the excursion specialist with the execution and accompaniment of excursions.
- Taking reception shifts and assisting the front office team with operational tasks, including operating the fire alarm and emergency centers.
- Substituting the excursion specialist and front office agents during their leisure time and assisting with embarkation and disembarkation processes.
- Providing administrative support to the excursion specialist.

Your Profile- Successfully completed vocational training or degree, ideally in tourism or hospitality.
- Experience in the entertainment sector is desirable.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent language skills in German and English, additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong organizational talent and excellent communication skills.
- Friendly and service-oriented demeanor towards guests.
