Your Duties- Serving as the host and primary contact for guests, providing competent advice and support.
- Creating and printing standardized daily programs and delivering tourist information through lectures and announcements.
- Organizing embarkation and disembarkation and coordinating internal and external entertainment on board.
- Designing and implementing an entertaining day and evening program for guests.
- Advising on shore excursions and destinations, taking excursion bookings, and managing excursions at the destinations.
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace and controlling the implementation of all A-ROSA standards on board.
- Being responsible for the entire A-ROSA product on board the ship and the onboard A-ROSA cash register.

Your Profile- Successfully completed vocational training or a degree.
- Experience as a tour guide and ship experience.
- Experience in animation and entertainment is desirable.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Fidelio is an advantage.
- Very good language skills in German and English (Portuguese is an advantage on the Douro).
- Organizational talent and strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of travel destinations is an advantage.
