Other Requirements

• Supervises handling of luggage at embarkation and disembarkations
• Trains employees according to the chief housekeeper instructions.
• Organized the weekly requisition of hotel items and consumables.
• Ensures the inventories are done according to the Chief housekeeper

instructions

• Controls the deliveries of the Room service in cabins is handed as per company

Standards.

• Helps guests in case of rough sea
• Assists the reception desk with the guests request (wheelchairs…)
• Schedules periodic deep cleanings
• Controls the laundry service and related guest satisfaction.
• Smiles and greets passengers
• Fulfills passenger requests or suggests alternatives courteously
• Displays positive service and teamwork by communicating courteously with guests and employees
• Demonstrates teamwork when working with other employees
• Ensures the maintenance is reported to the technical section.
• Ensures the maintenance works are done.
• Ensures the collecting of the guest luggage as per Chief housekeeper Instructions
• Ensures his/her personnel respect safety at anytime
• Ensures his/her personnel are working in accordance with the HACCAP / PH regulations
• Keeps Chief housekeeper promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance coming to his/her attention so prompt corrective action can be taken
•  Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficiently manner in accordance
• with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of this position

objectives and foster and enhance public recognition and acceptance of all its areas and endeavor

• Performs all other duties as requested

Is requested to comply with the sanitation standards, safety and pollution prevention regulations and operating procedures always.

Contract Duration: 7 to 9 (Months)

Minimum 36-48 month(s) experience as Assistant Chief Housekeeper
