Job Details

Our F&B Managers require the ability to lead the food and beverage service staff in all food and beverage areas onboard. Assumes responsibility for ensuring the highest level of service during operating hours, while working in a clean and safe environment. Potential candidates must have a relevant college degree with a minimum of four years progressive responsibility in the food and beverage industry.

 A minimum of two years personnel management, experience in resolving customer issues, ability to conduct training, vast experience of a multi outlet operation, experience in handling multimillion dollar budgets and a strong back ground with public health policies and procedures. Excellent fluent verbal and written English is essential. Conversational ability in an additional language will be considered an asset (German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Mandarin).
