Our Butler Managers require the ability to provide our guests and crew with the highest quality butler services by assisting the Rooms Division Manager in managing and overseeing the Rooms Division operation. Potential candidates must have proven previous management experience in the Rooms Division department in an international five star establishment, either hotel or cruise ship. Candidates must provide their Butler Service Certification by the Guild of Professional English Butlers.

 Experience of budget and financial management within a hospitality environment, excellent knowledge of cleaning standards, a strong public health and outbreak prevention background is a necessity for this role. Excellent fluent verbal and written English and conversational ability in an additional language is essential (German, French, Italian, Spanish and Mandarin).
