Position Summary:

This role supports the Director Global Crew Government Relations and Visas The Sr Manager supports and is responsible for providing strategic guidance on any Immigration Customs or compliance issue for all employee’s land & sea They support all RCG Global offices including Singapore Shanghai and Australia Supports HRBP Hotel & Marine Operations Supporting maintaining and fostering the relationship with all US and Foreign government agencies pertaining to our crew’s visas global port processing and government formalities

Supports and manages all work permits for New Builds including contractors and shoreside employees Supports and manages immigration customs and sign on/off processes for crew in all 460 ports Supports and maintains a fosters daily relationship with Government entities and their staff Responsible and support shoreside employees in visa guidance visa entry including those holding L1 H1B and ARC pertaining to New Build Revites etc

Represents the Department and RCG USDOS and CBP DC in the Directors absence

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration International or its equivalence Extensive Government Relations Global Maritime Security Crew Maritime Regulations/ Global Security experience or directly related equivalent experience to Global Crew and Ship Immigration and Customs

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with Crew HR and Crew Port operations related to Immigration and Customs protocols

Physical Demands:
