Minimum of one year food service/hospitality –related experience · Knowledge of coffee, tea and specialty coffee drinks · Guest service focused and solution oriented · Ability to analyse and interpret documents such as recipes and manuals · Ability to multi-task and remain organized and flexible in a fast-paced environment · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with guests and fellow employees Operational Effectiveness: · Ensures all operating standards and procedures are executed consistently · All areas are clean, USPH compliant and visually appealing at all times · Upholds STAR, Safety, Environmental and other company policies and standards · Effectively resolves guest complaints and makes every effort to ensure that guest leave the Cafe satisfied · Creates opportunities for the guest to interact with the product · Provides quality beverages consistently to all guests · Follows standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing products · Contributes to F&B goals for increasing sales and improving profits · Takes initiative in learning all aspects of the Barista position People Skills:
