Your Responsibilities and Tasks: What will you be doing? Under the supervision of the Chief Plumber performs maintenance and up-keeping of the vessel's potable water, technical water, greywater, and black water systems. - Cleaning, maintenance, and repairs of ancillary components (pumps, ejectors, level switches, etc.) of black water collecting tanks (evac)
- Maintenance and repair of greywater collecting tanks and black water treatment plants ancillaries (Pumps, level switches, air diffusers), but not limited to.
- Responds to any call for intervention from the guest and crew areas
- Performs on-call duties per the department schedule.
- Participated in all safety drills and training
- Adheres to all environmental procedures and policies
- Any other job assigned by the Chief Plumber or Staff Chief Engineer.
Minimum Requirements: What do you bring to the table? Minimum 24 months of experience as a Plumber - High School Diploma, Technical training in Plumbing
- Basic Training Certificates as per the STCW standard
- English language proficiency
- Strong focus on ship safety management
- Ability to work well with a team
