We’re on an exciting journey to create one of the most irresistible travel brands in the world and

are building an epic team to help make our ambition a reality. In partnership with the Apollo

Group, we are searching for an uber talented ‘someone’ who is passionate about providing

sailors with the most epic food & beverage experience at sea.

We love (good) food & bevies, and we assume you do too! This ‘someone’ will lead a large team

of Food & Beverage gurus, who reign from all around the world onboard our lovely lady ship,

Scarlet. This gig requires a bit of travel between the shipyard & HQ. This entire team will bring

our food & bevie strategy to life.

In other words, this ‘someone’ needs to know how to Make Ship Happen. Your excellent

attention to detail and self-starter mentality means you can think quick on your feet and keep

calm when ship gets real. Ultimately, we won’t be able to remember how we got by without you.

What's expected

WHAT'S EXPECTED AND WHAT YOU'LL BE UP TO

• Fearlessly lead the Food and Beverage Operations team onboard think restaurants, culinary, bars and provisions
• Collaborate with your mates at HQ
• Look after our crew just as you would our sailors (non-negotiable)
• Deliver a product that Sailors adore and don’t mind spending money on
• Perform daily walkthroughs & inspections during meal times
• Interact with our Sailors and provide world class service
• Spend time in the front of the house & oversee the operation
• Collaborate with the Hotel Director and the other onboard departments
• Monitor & enforce HACCP rules
