Key Responsibilities- Aid the Restaurant Host, Restaurant Operations Manager & Maître D’ in handling reservations on embarkation day.
- Lead and guide guests through the restaurant to their dining tables.
- Monitor and provide timely assistance to any team requiring immediate support, to provide seamless guest experience.
- Periodically visit guest tables to gather feedback & share insights with the management team.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise- 1 year + experience in a 5-star hotel or similar establishment
- Intermediate skills using computerized reservation or table management systems.
- Advanced level English verbal and writing skills
- College degree in hospitality is preferred.
