Key Responsibilities

  • Aid the Restaurant Host, Restaurant Operations Manager & Maître D’ in handling reservations on embarkation day.
  • Lead and guide guests through the restaurant to their dining tables.
  • Monitor and provide timely assistance to any team requiring immediate support, to provide seamless guest experience.
  • Periodically visit guest tables to gather feedback & share insights with the management team.


 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 1 year + experience in a 5-star hotel or similar establishment
  • Intermediate skills using computerized reservation or table management systems.
  • Advanced level English verbal and writing skills
  • College degree in hospitality is preferred.
