DescriptionYour PurposeAs a Fireman on board, your main duty is to monitor fire safety across the ship. You'll help the Chief Fireman manage and inspect firefighting equipment, ensuring it's always ready. Your quick actions and attention to detail will be key to maintaining a safe environment. You’ll also follow emergency procedures, handle fire emergencies, and participate in safety drills. Additionally, you’ll ensure firefighting equipment is clean, well-maintained, and all safety protocols are followed to protect passengers and crew. By ensuring the ship’s fire safety systems are always in excellent condition, you contribute to a secure and protected environment for passengers, crew, and the ship itself. Your Journey So FarWe are looking for someone who have : Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential. Relevant fire safety certifications and experience in firefighting are required. Knowledge of firefighting equipment and emergency response procedures. Ability to work collaboratively with the Chief Fireman and the rest of the crew. Strong communication skills and ability to follow safety protocols. Prior experience in maritime safety or cruise line operations is a plus. A passion for ensuring safety, protecting lives, and maintaining high standards of fire safety.
